Paradigm Internet Inc. and its Web site KingLove.com are committed to customer privacy. Packages arrive in plain boxes or envelopes from "Paradigm Internet, Inc." Credit card transactions are run through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. Names and mailing information are not shared, or sold. Customers determine whether or not their basic ordering information will be remembered upon their next visit to KingLove.com. Our site generally uses an order form for customers to purchase products and services or request information. We collect visitors' contact information (like their e-mail address) and financial information (like an account or credit card number) to send orders, and information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products and services.

Users may opt out of receiving future (non-transaction related) contact by writing to the company by e-mail, unsubscribe@kinglove.com or by written request at P.O. Box 33326, Seattle, WA 98133. Please mention that you would like to be removed from the contact list.

All orders are subject to acceptance by the company's office in Seattle, Washington. To make a purchase of products or services from KingLove.com, it is necessary for all customers to be 18 years of age or older.

The buyer has a commitment not to cancel credit card order for a disputed transaction for at least 30 days, with a serious effort to resolve the issue with your credit card company first.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Seattle, Washington, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or Paradigm Internet may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Seattle, Washington necessary to protect the rights or property of you or Paradigm Internet pending the completion of arbitration.

General:
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Washington as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Washington between Washington residents. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
