The easiest and fastest way to order is with your credit card. The card must be yours or you must be a cosigner. KingLove accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. 2. What will the package look like?
Your order will ship in a plain brown or white box. (Some of our customers prefer to be discreet in their purchase of certain adult products.) Our fulfillment partner's name "Peekay Inc." will be on the return address for your packages.

3. How quick is delivery?
KingLove works hard to ship fast! We strive to have most of our packages ship within 24 hours during the week (online credit card orders). 99% of our orders ship within 48 hours in an average week. Most U.S. packages sent via USPS Priority are received within two to four business days. Geography has an impact, and some addresses enjoy blazing shipping. Most orders are shipped complete - there are generally no backorders. We don't make phony promises we can't keep like some less savory Web companies.

Important Note: Your order confirmation e-mail will include a toll free number for your convenience. A second confirmation e-mail will give you the specific shipment tracking information.

4. Is shipping FREE?
KingLove.com's Shipping & Handling are Free for orders over $100 unless otherwise noted on the site. Otherwise, shipping charges are very reasonable! We know you deserve great shipping that's free or reasonable. Also, all freight charges appear in your cart and are calculated prior to your final check out.
Better yet, KingLove offers a free shipping option for U.S. residents on all orders over $100.

All P.O. Boxes and APO addresses automatically ship via USPS. UPS is another great option, and is only slightly more expensive. We ship from Washington State, so orders from the East will generally take longer with UPS Ground than with USPS Priority.

5. International orders?
KingLove has been forced to classify Standard shipping countries, and Non-Standard countries.
Standard shipping applies to the USA (of course), Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
In the continental US, FREE USPS Priority Mail on orders over $100! Ground shipping ranges from $4.95-$6.95 based on distance by zip code and order amount.
In Canada, Australia, Ireland and United Kingdom Freight charges are calculated during checkout. 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, and Next Day are also available at reasonable rates.
Our goal is to minimize shipping costs based on your order amount. Cost of shipping is reduced the more you order, relative to true shipping costs.
Non-Standard Shipping Applies to:
Anguilla, Antigua, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Curacao, Denmark, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico,
Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
All of these non-standard orders will be shipped USPS Global Priority Mail or UPS.
Payment:
Orders for the above Countries will be sent an email request for payment via PayPal. PayPal can be found at http://www.paypal.com PayPal adds an additional layer of safety to protect orders originating from these designated countries.
US POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) International Orders:
United States Postal Service can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. USPS tends to run slower in the busy (holiday) times.
UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS)International Orders:
United Parcel Service will take 1-7 business days (excluding weekends). If the delivery of the package is late, we will not be held liable for the cost of shipment

6. Will there be sales tax applied to my order?
Only Washington State residents are currently required to pay sales tax. The Washington State Tax rate charged is 8.8%, the rate of King County, Washington, USA. Is it a surprise that KingLove.com is in King County? Shipping charges may include tax for Washington residents, and are not otherwise taxed.

7. Incomplete or incorrect packages?
KingLove.com does not partial ship. All orders ship complete.

Please return incorrect packages to us as soon as possible. We will correct the mistake quickly. KingLove will humbly apologize and credit your account for the shipping charge you incur (if it was our error). The return address and return information is in the following section.

8. What is your return policy?
Because many products are of a personal nature, NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted for your protection. ONLY lingerie items can be exchanged for a different size. Ship the lingerie item back to us in good condition within 30 days, and indicate the size desired to receive an exchange.
The largest reason for returns of battery operated products is that the batteries are not in correctly. Please be sure to use the right size batteries, and to put the batteries in the right order. If batteries are side-by-side, they should be going in opposite directions. If there are two or three batteries in a row, they should be going in the same direction. Manufacturers suggest removing batteries when not in use!
Allergies? Some customers have a reaction to latex. If you have a sensitivity please do not come in contact with latex products.

9. Should I send in a warranty card?
Occasionally one of our products may include a manufacturers' warranty card. Customers have warned us that mailing this card may result in your name being sold to other companies (many of which you may find embarrassing). Please return the product to us if defective within 30 days.

17. What if an item is not in Stock?
On the close-up view of the product, it will indicate if the item is in stock. If the item is in stock, it should ship in 1 to 2 days. If the item is out of stock, it should ship in 5 to 7 days.
If the "Out Of Stock" or "Item Inactive" page appears, the item is most likely discontinued - we apologize for that.
